HPDCAPL Celebrates the 80th Independence Day. Hydro Power Development Corporation of Arunachal Pradesh Limited (HPDCAPL) proudly celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India on 15th August 2026 with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. On the occasion, Dr. Toko Onuj, Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), HPDCAPL, hoisted the National Flag in the presence of officers and staff of the Corporation.
